Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We review your current website, content and integrations, then recommend a targeted improvement, redesign or migration. Redirects and data transfers are scoped separately where needed.
Is hosting included in the price?
Hosting setup is included in the build. Hosting subscriptions, domain renewals, email, databases, booking tools and payment fees are separate. We propose suitable providers and explain their recurring costs before you approve them. Monthly care pays for our work, not unlimited hosting usage.
Do you offer lifetime support?
We want to support your business for the long term. Every build includes handover and 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance and changes need an optional care plan or a separate quote. Unlimited lifetime development is not included.
Can I book design or marketing without a website?
Absolutely. Posters, menus, video editing and social campaigns can be standalone projects. Quantities, revisions and reporting are agreed in writing. Advertising spend, paid assets and external subscriptions are separate.
